Since our organization provides employment background screening services and determines an employer’s eligibility for certain tax credits, we need to collect and maintain sensitive personal information about individuals that may include you depending on the information you provide to us. We provide our services to our customers, who have certified to us that they will only use any such personal information for permissible purposes as outlined under the Fair Credit and Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
